These actuators operate using different voltage levels, including 380V, 220V, or 110V AC, or alternatively, 24V or 110V DC power. The bracket follows ISO 5211 and NAMUR standards. Various switches, including domestic, Omron, or Honeywell, can be utilized. Additional features include a visual position indicator, a “Quick-Set” cam that doesn’t require tool-based adjustments, dual cable entries, and captive cover bolts to prevent loss during cover removal.

Now, there are different types of ball valves, and they’re different mainly because of how they’re built and what parts they have. Here are a few our main types:

  • 1 Piece Ball Valve : These are made from one single piece of material. They’re very strong and rigid, but they can’t be taken apart if you need to fix them.

  • 2 Piece Ball Valves: These are like a mix of the first two types. They have two pieces that are put together, but they work in a similar way to the single body valves.
  • 3 Piece Ball Valves: These are made from three separate pieces that are put together. If something goes wrong, you can take them apart to fix the problem.

  • Top Entry Ball Valves: These valves are designed so you can get to the inside parts from the top. This makes them easier to fix if something goes wrong.

  • Welded Ball Valves: These valves are permanently put together by welding. They’re very strong and leak-proof, but they can’t be taken apart.

Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valves are a type of valve that can control or stop the flow of a fluid.

Here are our main types of butterfly valve

  • Concentric Butterfly Valves: This is the simplest type of butterfly valve. It’s like a door that swings on a hinge right in the middle. This type is used in systems that don’t have very high pressure or temperature.

  • Double-Eccentric Butterfly Valves (High-Performance Butterfly Valves): This type of valve is a bit more complex. The “door” (or disc) is not exactly in the middle, but a bit to the side. This design allows the “door” to swing open without touching the “frame” (or seat), reducing wear and tear. It’s used in systems with a bit higher pressure.

  • Triple-Eccentric Butterfly Valves (Triple-Offset Butterfly Valves): This type is the most complex. Not only is the “door” a bit to the side, but the surface of the “door” is also not flat but angled. This design almost eliminates rubbing contact between the “door” and the “frame,” reducing wear and improving how long it lasts. These are best for systems with very high pressure.

  • Wafer-Style Butterfly Valves: This type of valve is like a thin biscuit sandwiched between two pieces of bread. It’s designed to prevent any backflow in systems designed for flow in one direction.
  • Lug-Style Butterfly Valves: This type of valve has threads (like on a screw) at both sides of the valve body. This allows it to be installed into a system using two sets of bolts and no nuts. This setup lets either side of the piping system to be disconnected without disturbing the other side.

Each type of butterfly valve is used for different pressures and uses. The choice of valve type depends on the specific needs of the system in which it will be used.
